Decent stay, some drawbacks
early check-in modern rooms hot chocolate missing towel rail leather settee dirty blanket
I was happy because I could check in early because a room was available. I find the rooms modern and appreciate the spacious feel of the room. The toiletries in the bathroom were great and I enjoyed the hot chocolate was part of the hot drinks selection.
The leather settee looked in poor condition with a dirty blanket covering it. It was not possible to sit on it.

great city stay
attentive staff clean room convenient location
the staff were attentive and quickly addressed all my needs. the room was clean and well kept. i appreciated the city center location with easy access to attractions. the hotel provided a comfortable experience overall.
the gym was a bit small and lacked some equipment i expected there was a limited selection during peak times.

the reception staff were helpful and efficient at check-in they were able to answer questions promptly and provided useful information the concierge service was available at all times.

street noise dated television
I found the noise insulation lacking. Sounds from the street below kept me up. the television was also a bit of a letdown. i mean, seriously? it only offered basic freeview channels. no smart features or bluetooth connectivity. it felt pretty dated.

The room was clean. It was well furnished too! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Discounted car park was available right next door. It was very convenient.
I found no towel rail in the bathroom, even for a hand towel. There was plenty of room for it. This was an inconvenience

funky Hotel near Buchanan Bus Station
modern hotel excellent staff clean room generous bed
the apex is near the main shopping area. i found the staff member tavis excellent when i requested a room change. the alternative room on a higher floor had views over the main street below. the room was large and clean with a generous bed and good facilities.
i thought the shower door wasn't closing, so water got everywhere when showering

a reasonable experience
friendly staff air conditioning loose rail broken handle
The location was good. the staff was friendly. I found it easy to ask questions. the room had air conditioning and that was nice. i was comfortable enough in the bed.
the safety rail on the bedroom window felt loose. the opening handle also seemed broken. i found that the bathroom drain in the shower smelled quite bad. the fridge ran too hot inside the cupboard.
